I ordered some level 3+ NIJ certified plates for my p.c. and they shipped pretty quickly considering being in the covid era. Tarrish from EOD emailed and called me a couple times updating me on my order status. A+ customer service.

Had some last minute TDY orders get dropped on me right before Thanksgiving. Could not find my plate carrier to save my life (literally). Had been looking to upgrade and figured now was as best a time as any. The PC i had been looking at was a Warrior Assault Gear vest and is made overseas. No one in the CONUS had the one in stock that i wanted or had shipping times that would not have worked out for me. Ultimately found EOD gear and gave them a call the evening before Thanksgiving. The owner called me back assured me that he not only had my item in stock but would take care of getting it to me himself since his staff was all out and could not process the order. Needles to say, the gear showed up on time and was better than advertised. Can not even begin to express how grateful i am to EOD gear and the owner Steve for going above and beyond. Got some sweet swag too in my box that is now on all my stuff. Thanks again guys
