Stephaine was very knowledgeable,explained each detailed ,showed compassion, with lots of patience. Update - I chose a design by space manager in June.Stephannie is my designer. She came out to do the measurements.Wrong measurements were done for the utility room.My dryer too close to the door. I called and told her about it.She replied I purchase anew appliances. Not true!!! She told me space manager could not do nothing about it. Before the install I had to pay more money to do prep for my utility room ,she me she forgot to put cost of prep in.cabinets suppose to go over my appliance. They want charge another fee for that when that was part of the design. I asked to speak to the owner to settle this Mr Frances she told he deals with large designs My design was suppose to be complex in September I am still waiting for someone to return to complete the project This project is very expensive. I would like to get this resolved. It is not my responsibility to more money on someone else fault. Someone pleas help Val

Buyers Beware of Space Manager Custom Closets! I had two $5,000 each white bedroom custom dresser/bookcases and living room built in cabinetry installed by Space Man, now known as Space Manager. All the edge banding has turned yellow, and the cabinets look old and as if a two-tone color (white with yellow trim) after only 5 years. (Pictures attached.) Space Managers Michelle Levine will not stand behind their warranty to replace the yellowed edge banding that their own sales manager, Jara Nwabuisi, admitted it was defective. This also happened to someone I referred Space Manager to for a built-in custom living room white cabinet. ALL the edge banding around their Space Manager system turned yellow. Feel free to reach out to me with questions. Before you purchase, read the "fine print" on the so-called Lifetime Warranty. You will discover the Warranty is a sham.

The design started with great presentation and time line promising of three weeks. But the actual installation started after 7 weeks which was okayed by me since I didnt have time to go through another design process with another company. The installation started yesterday but they sent all while cabinetry by mistake whereas i selected an upgraded selection with different color. They said they are still making it! They didnt deliver any glass shelves since they were still making it, they told me yesterday only (the day of installation)! The countertop with granite design was not delivered as well. They sent all white material for my countertop as well! The white countertop is bouncing terribly and not sure if it will bear even my computer and printer weight. I called and emailed the office but no reply from manager! I am hoping get a good justification, I will update what I hear from them. My concern is my work is being interrupted terribly since my IT work is remote. I tried to improve my office but this whole experience with SpaceManager is not helpful at all.
