Service was fast, so that was good. Unfortunately, the print was crooked. Only noticed when I got the tee home but Custom Village weren't interested when I contacted them about it. Pity - was going to order a bunch more tees but this experience convinced me to go elsewhere.

Initially the staff is very friendly and attentive, however their work, not so much. I let clear misalignment and poor positioning slide a few times, however, upon my last visit, they messed up once again. The alignment was clearly off and did not match the mock up they sent me. In addition to that, they became extremely rude and confrontational after being called out on their mistakes. If you want something done right, dont go to Custom Village. Save yourself the time and headache and just go somewhere else.

One of the best interactions I ever had with a shop or a business. Everyone super friendly, professional and apparently very good at what they do. We wanted to print a number of T-Shirts but received the image to print very late and had only few hours. We found ZERO OTHER businesses who were able to do the prints in this time (this time meaning same day). Custom Village helped us with the motive and the shirts, commenting they would do "the best they can" about getting them printed on time. For some reason "the best they can" is much better than "the best" that other businesses (we asked) "can". Strange. In any case, they finished the printing ahead of schedule and saved the day. Bottom line: The only sensible reason not to print your T-Shirts here is if you own a T-Shirt printing shop yourself. Although, apparently even then you might have to call Custom Village if your schedule is a bit tight...
