The absolute worst. This is the second time we visited the dealership. First time I called said they had the car, we drove an hour and were told that the car was sold two weeks ago. Decided to give them another chance spoke with them set up and appointment. We arrived for our appointment waited 20 minutes for the salesman. Said he would bring the car around didnt offer us to sit down nothing, waited by the front door. He came back 30 minutes later saying that he cant find the car and it might have been given away as a courtesy car, even though they knew we had an appointment. He then left for another 20 minutes just to come back to say they never had the car and it was wholesaled. Do not go unless you want to waist your time.

My wife and I worked with Matt K when we purchased our 2022 Mini Clubman. Matt was great to work with, he accommodated our schedule (even came in early one day, and finished the deal on a day off). Matt was very professional and knowledgeable about the Mini lineup. Zain, our finance manager, was also really great to work with. Zain explained the service & maintenance plans in a non-upselling way and was there to help when I had follow up questions.

Bought my BMW in January 2021, and they really helped me get into an X5 I enjoyed. One thing I really did not like about Patrick BMW was the pressure to buy a brake warranty at the end the sale. It was late, I was tired, and the finance guy kept trying to convince me I needed it, even alluding to maybe I cant afford it. It was very annoying at the time. I had questions later on and every time I called to ask for help it was like pulling teeth to get someone. Patrick BMW of course has a nice selection of cars but they still embody why people dont like dealerships.
