WATCH OUT for this Company, I order pen for last year October 2017, they give me excuse that their shop been fire and my pen will be delay for around two weeks. So I waited for two months. Then I never hear from them so I emailled they never reply to me. So I call them about my pan, one of the lady said wait for two more weeks they will be send it out. So I patiently wait it again now March 2018 and they never send it out. So I call them same answer they will be send it out within two week and their shop is already up and running. But I already waited for almost ayear so I ask for cancle and refund for my money so they said 5 to 10 day will be refund. But still did not refunded yet. So I call again Miss Jennifer said she will be call me back this evening ot tomorrow.....So now I am waiting. ....All I want to say is "THEY ARE DISHONEST AND TOOK YOUR MONEY".

Jenafer graham horrible customer service manager. Please pull her off and throw her in some training she needs to learn how to answer the phone without throwing attitude. Maybe she has a horrible life and is dealing with personal issues. So I feel like someone in that office should get her some help. Totally turned me off from spending any more of my hard earned cash! Ariat is nicer to theyre customers pass along the word
