Very disappointed with this company. I ordered a slimline lamp and it came faulty. They collected it and resent another and it done the exact same thing. Kept blinking on and off, any movement and it would go off. They wouldn't send another lamp until they tested the other two so was left with no lamp and out of pocket. I eventually got a refund but no explanation as to why I was sent 2 faulty lamps yet no one else was having any issues with their lamps. Not great for a well known company. Expected more from them. A few weeks of a lot of stress and hassle

Horrible United States customer service. Bought an Alto LED Floor Lamp in the U.S. Holes in the base did not match correctly the holes in the lamp assemblage so one of the screws stripped during assembly. Customer service told me to go out to a store and find a replacement screw. I should NOT be the one to take responsibility for a manufacturing DEFECT.

Shocking! The light when it worked was fine - however it failed outside of the stated manufactuer's warranty. On contacting the company I was shocked to discover that they do not offer a repair or investigation service - at all. Nothing. This is unacceptable in terms of sustainablity, it's not environmentally friendly and buyers should be aware that if a simple fault occurs an expensive lamp will have to be written-off. Had I been aware of this I doubt I would have purchased the lamp in the first place. This is not the way reputable manufacturers behave. I now have to seek redress from the retailer as under EU law, goods of this value have an implied warranty of up to 6 years.
