Anton, My name is Mike Pepper and im so sorry but you have never done business with Print-EC. If so please prove it!! I'm assuming you are referring to our new CEO Efrain whos managed other businesses... Yes I sold a portion of my business to him, but you should redirect your complaints to the correct business. Also it's not adequate to bash any client based on what they spent with us or said company... a happy client is a happy client, but I've looked you up.. Your an Etsy sweatshop hiding behind the internet to gain a client.. Your clients can't come visit your Austin sweatshop correct? Why not post this complaint with the right company? Do you know how to properly hold people accountable? People change jobs, careers and business frequently... I'm sorry your not educated in American culture. $20,000.00 for our average client is a drop in the well...lol I'm pretty sure everyone whos left a review would laugh at this outrageous claim. Either way, I'm so sorry your so upset, try not to take it out on people that are not directly responsible for your challenges. Tomorrow I will be posting your contact information, address and phone number, including you tasteless ETSY store so you can really see what my $100 clients have to say about your Russian enterprise. Also I've screen shot your original post so you can't hide by deleting it...

Maybe the clients that have spend $100 left happy but we have purchased an equipment from Efrain for 20k and after 10 month still waiting for delivery. During this time, he and all his employees stopped answer our calls and when we call from a new number, Efrain promise to deliver next week every time.

I noticed on the notes another company tried to do this for you but didn't succeed because they took shortcuts. I'm so glad our team took the necessary steps to do it the right way!

Excellent work on my sign. Leslie always answered the phone and was very professional. They had to work around the weather but I wanted the sign put in correctly and the actual pylon had to have some work before sign would fit correctly and they ordered the parts and in the end it looks wonderful. I couldn't be more happy with a sign company than Efrin and Leslie at Print EC.
