Wow, that's a little unfair :( She sent a logo with no information, no phone call or any hint of what she wanted, but I was undeterred, I simply asked the normal questions that I always do. Not sure what else i could have done. Would have loved to simply have a phone conversation but I never got a call or a phone number to call back. Not sure why she says I hung up on her, the entire time I was emailing with her I was sitting in on a conference call and did not see any calls come thru. We love what we do and cannot wait to demonstrate that. Can't please everyone, I understand that. However we do love on people and really enjoy the process of putting together a project, especially someone new to the process. The same questions apply every time, What are you thinking about doing? How many do you want to do? When are you hoping to have the finished product in hands? Completely innocent questions. Not sure why or how someone could have been offended by that. I apologized profusely and sincerely that she was not satisfied. We do our best, sometimes it's not good enough. Peace Tamia and best of luck to you, Kevin :)

Very rude staff. I emailed the owner and he was extremely impatient and didnt help at all, also hung up on me over the phone.

Jeremey is nice here but, as someone else mentioned below, the owner Kevin is unprofessional, rude and unable to communicate like an adult. They promised us dates and then totally passed them without even batting a lash. We've used them twice now and it was painful from start to finish. We were hopeful the first time was just bad luck but the second time was even worse. Do not use them if you are on a time crunch or wanting to support a local *friendly* business as they basically work on their terms only. Not to mention their prices are outrageously expensive for 0 customer service or respect for your time. Hopefully, Jeremey can leave and start his own place soon as he was far more helpful than the owner, boo to you. And your reply is missing a lot, your original promises to us, your lack of response to my previous email and the fact that I had to hunt you down for an update and when I did, you basically told me you can no longer assist as promised. For someone "so busy", you sure seem to have a lot of time to argue online though! Later!

First time using an embroidery service and had a great experience at Merlin embroidery. Did not need a lot done and they quickly did it on the spot. Awesome customer service definitely made you feel welcomed.
Wrong shop Zack, I always smile and offer a hand shake and introduce myself as Kevin, only my Dad calls me Kev. We love what we do and try to show that every day. I'm sorry you had a bad experience Zack, we work with about 15 clients/day with designs and i don't remember you Zack, I just checked the email and no emails from you either. I came last week to get my shirts done kev from front desk very rude and unprofessional. He had very bad attitude towards me while all I was asking was for some shirt design for my restaurant.
