We have been attempting to cancel our service with them for weeks after our contract expires and still cant get a response. It seems once the buyout occurred all customer service went out the window. There are far too many options for POS providers out there to deal with this.
As owner of Barnhouse Tap, we had nearly a three year relationship end with an ugly lack of accountability and professionalism from Upserve when the new ownership decided to use a different provider. For anyone doing their platform research, I want to assure you there are better options.
