Walked into Baseball Express about 2:15, walked through the cleats, looked through boxes of cleats, looked at the gloves, looked for assistance, and no one. One lady walked right bye and didnt speak nor offered assistance. Caught a young man and asked him a question and he kept walking. Waited for thirty minutes no one spoke, no one offered help, so we left. Customer service is terrible!

The website was a little difficult for me -I tried using filters to shop by sale& size and it would show me things that werent available in the size I needed. I liked the price for cleats and ordering was easy. I thought it took a little to long to receive but I think that was in part due to Labor Day weekend!. I will definitely try them again!

My son's glove just would not break in and was driving us nuts. After 5 minutes in the Mazuno glove steamer, came out flexible and ready for action. Very nice staff, lots of selection, and we will try out the batting cage next time. Even cooler that Bryant was on the sign outside.
Worst customer service, and thats if you even get a hold of anyone. I made 2 separate purchases because their system kicked out one of my purchases so I had to go in a second time. This caused 2 orders and had to pay 2 separate shipping fees when it should have been free due to spending over $100 total. Customer service didnt care to help or give me credit for shipping after verifying that I did make 2 orders minutes apart. Using Epic sports online or just going to my local sports store from now on. They lost my business from now on!!
