I made my appointment in Oct 2018 for July 2019 As it was the soonest I could get in for a consult. I was coming from another state so I had hotel , airfare and rental car fees. As I was walking out my door literally to head down to catch my flight they called to cancel on me and since it was last minute I lost my money on everything I was able to get a credit for my airfare but that was it. When I told the receptionist that I was coming from another state all she could tell me was she was sorry I wanted to know if I wanted to reschedule.

After looking at the reviews I was skeptical of having my procedure done with this doctor. The receptionist Lee was very rude over the phone. She gave me attitude back when I asked for simple questions regarding prices of the procedure. If Im going to pay 750 for a consultation then I deserve to have my questions answered when I call in to even provide my card number. I will not be moving forward and if you guys are going to ask for such a high consultation price then you should be polite to future patients calling in.

Dr Ghavami is the best! I trusted him with all my facial feminization surgeries. When I first started my transition from male to female I was scared and excited! I went in with a long dramatic list of everything I wanted to look more feminine. After telling him everything I wanted he asked me the most important question a doctor could ask. Do you want to look like a natural woman or a woman who has a bunch of work done? He advised me to not get a bunch of facial implants but to let him do what he does best by making me look naturally beautiful. Instead of implants he did fat transfer to my cheeks and chin. His rhinoplasty was perfection and he recently contoured my neck with lipo. He didnt just do what I asked, instead he did what would make me look like a natural woman. I trust this man with my life. He does everything for me now! Lip lift, fillers and Botox! All done to prevent aging and keep my face looking youthful and feminine! Oh and his entire team is so kind and respectful! They make you feel like family! Thank you Dr Ghavami!! I appreciate you so much.

Absolutely brilliant, genius and very caring Doctor. His staff is lovely, helpful and also very caring. I trust Dr Ghavami with my beauty and my life. I'll never see anyone else. I'm taking a 5 hour flight from where I live for my next appointment. The work he's done on me has completely changed my look and my life. No idea what some of these other reviews are on about. My experience couldn't have been any better in every way.

We apologize that your Virtual Call with Dr. Ghavami was delayed by an hour. He was finishing up with happy patients in our office who decided to add on additional procedures and treatments and asked the staff to assist him. When we called you to start the call, he was looking forward to speaking with you but unfortunately you chose not to speak with him as you were so shaken/distraught by the delay. As you can imagine, due to his high demand, he can be pulled in multiple directions with patients. We tried our best to accommodate everyone on that busy Friday around lunch time. We respect your decision to move in another direction and we wish you all the best with any other doctor that you choose... hopefully you obtain the results you desire (without having to wait). I have followed Dr. Ghavami for quite some time now. I finally had the opportunity to schedule a consultation a year ago (2019), just to end up super disappointed. My appointment was supposed to be a virtual consultation since I was an out of state patient. My appoint was at 12:00 pm pacific time Sep 11, 2020, and I was told I'd receive info with a link to Zoom the morning of my appointment, that never happened. I literally tried calling and it was impossible to get a hold of them. So I left a voice mail, I also sent an email to which I didn't get a response to. I didn't hear anything from them until a whole hour later. I work with doctors and understand falling behind schedule, but no one had the courtesy to contact me in regards of my appt while my appt was supposed to be happening. I still admire Dr. Ghavami, however it was extremely upsetting and disappointing to have to wait this long; having to take off work, just to be treated like my time isn't valuable too. Hope this helps future out of state patients. It's not the waiting I had a problem with!! I understand he a very busy and highly requested doctor! But there was no courtesy from anyone to let me know there would be an hour delay! I tried contacting the phone I was given in one of the emails (main line) I believe, and it said it was disconnected. I emailed the lady before my appt, while my appt was supposed to be in process, and was going to send one after my appt but that is when I received a call. The lady on the line to pretend there was nothing happening. Completely not addressing the fact that they were a whole hour behind. That would've been a whole different store. so read my review again! It was unprofessional and uneasy to get a hold of!!
