We had a very unprofessional experience with Aarin Booker last Wednesday had a set time a see a house we arrived before her I sent her a text letting her know we where there, she kept saying shes on her way after 30 minutes of us waiting she calls me back saying she was on her way said her nail technician was slower that day by the time she finally arrived it was over an hour late. Then after seeing the house we where going to see another house said she needed to stop and get a donut once again we get to the next house and had another long wait then she finally arrives shows us the house. Then said she had another appointment she was allowing us 2 hrs to show us houses but she kept waiting our time, then she was to meet us again later that evening we show up and again she's not there says her mother took her car to the store she had to wait for her to get back she kept saying for us to drive around the area and walk around the property to see if we wanted to see the inside. Once again she was oven 30 to 40 minutes late. My mom and I both felt disrespected because were buying a home our time is just as valuable as any one else, and last Saturday we met at the office to fill out a contract on a house but the printer wasn't working so she takes it home to do we met again Sunday afternoon at the office to sign the contract and she was rushing my mother because she had her daughter in car because she had to get her to work. So she said we should hear something by Monday when Tues came we heard nothing, then today my mother decided to call the listing agent herself to find out the status and she tells us the house was sold Tuesday night she sent out emails to all the other realtors why didn't Aarin call and let us know that she called me Wed morning an said she still didn't know anything, with was a lie! It's been too much lying, not putting us the client first and we didnt appreciate the fact that we had to do our own home searches none of the homes we saw came from Aarin I found them on my own and I'm not a realtor. The last straw happened earlier today when she called me on the phone I let her tt my mother and my mom told her she was working with someone else Aarin says she couldn't go for that and that was fine with us. We will never want to work with her see is very reliable, professionalism could use some help and learn how to value all clients rather paying $5,000 or $ 100,000 being pushy n greedy won't get u very far in life!! Its a shame u have dishonest, disloyal, and unprofessional people to represent your company and that's sad because it isn't a great look for this company. We wont be back or refer anyone to this company or refer anyone to Aarin Booker.
