Shipped an item that clearly is the wrong color. Their response is they will update the online pic to more truly represent color. Big difference between tan/brown and gray. I said nope not good enough to just correct your email online picture. - need correct color item shipped or a refund. Jeff said hed check inventory and get back to me. Still waiting. Will update IF he follows through without me having to follow through.
I placed an order in mid November that was guaranteed for Christmas. It is 12/22 i have not receive anything they don't answer their phone and I can't leave a message because it is full. According to the website ther are currently open.
So impressed with the quality of printing/embroidery, the customer service, and the quick production/shipping for an order I placed 4 days ago! Everything arrived well packaged and early (way earlier than I had expected) for an event this upcoming weekend. Ordered 3 hats and a shirt that were embroidered and a few t-shirts that were printed. Quality of everything was exceptional. Production times can't be beat. Looking forward to working more with Mercury Screen Printing!
Top notch reliable printer who makes sure everything is right and on time. This is the 3rd commercial printer that we have used in 10 years and they are by far the best. The owner even helped load our last order. Thank you to Doug and his entire work crew.
My son school opened a store and orders where to go into production after it closed. Its been 5 weeks since the store closed. I have called every week starting at week 3 and have been told its in production it will go out next week. and for today I was told the same for a total of 3 times. I bought the products to support the team but never again
