Good apartments and super friendly staff in a great location however poor garage security. Living here for 11 months and my car was broken into and stolen from twice while it has been parked in the Buildings garage. Since you are paying $175 a month to have your car in the garage I would expect it to be more secure.

I am not normally a review writer, but I have lived at N&E for about 9 months and what really sets it apart are the people. There is no shortage of beautiful, new apartments in the area (I previously lived in The Julia), but at N&E, the staff is so friendly and sincerely kind. My puppy agrees; he thrives on the pets and snuggles Kaden, Alyssa, Will, and Angie are always eager to give. So, while this might seem like just another pretty new building, the people set this place apart, so flag this as a place to visit on your apartment search. The views from the corner units are also pretty fabulous!

N&E apartments is a great apartment building. I have stayed in the guest suite a couple of times now, and every time has been a great experience. The suite is always clean and ready to go.The staff is very welcoming and easy to talk too!
