Hello Edward, When you came to us and you saw Dr. Chute. You had expressed a desire to have something made for intermediate and reading distance. The glasses made for you were for that purpose. When I had sat with you. I had explained this and offered to have you re-examined by the doctor at no charge and would have gladly corrected the glasses to suit your visual needs. You never came back and left us with glasses that we made for you that we had payed to produce. I am sorry that you were not happy with your experience but it is unfair to say that you could not see distance clearly at all. The glasses were not made for distance. Ordered eyeglasses from Successful Vision in December. The glasses cost over $800, at least $100 more than other stores on the upper west side. When they arrived I could not see distance clearly at all. I went elsewhere to get glasses because I didn't trust them to make glasses for me at all.

Frank is the best and most passionate optician you will ever meet. For years I felt like it was such a hassle to find the right glasses, but since Ive been working with Frank I actually look forward to it. His wife and daughter are lovely as well.
