Since we moved to East Orange many years ago my children has always gotten their glasses from this place, even when I had no insurance i paid cash for their glasses. I took the children there and decided I was going elsewhere for glasses because they were too expensive. I gotbthe cold shoulder. I have been here with them for years. We need another glasses company in East Orange. I will never go back here again

This place is the worst...the expensive and a rip off stay away... unless you hit from them they will not give you a prescription... stay away rip off

Very rude and condescending staff. The doctor, however, was very professional as always. They try to make you feel uncomfortable by throwing a bunch of expensive frames in your face and give you the side eye if you reject them. I asked them if I was able to purchase my own shades, and although they wanted to tell me no, they told it had to be optical and had to be at a certain weight... Pretty much insinuating that I had to buy from them. They also tried to convince me sign up for Care Credit and after telling them no 3x, they asked me again. I didn't know if I was buying prescription glasses or at a sunglass venue. It was a horrible experience.
