Sorry to learn of your disappointment. I have checked our job card and it notes that the car failed the vacuum test, which normally indicates a leak. We noted that the condenser was damaged in places, which often indicates a leak. We advised that further work would be required to ascertain the cause. Very pleased that it only turned out to be a small item. We only advised that it "might" be a condenser, which is around 800 to change. We have never heard of a compressor valve causing a failed vacuum test, but I guess there is always more to learn. Sorry.

Went in for a aircon regas to be told that the car has a major leak and got quoted 800 for the repair and payed 79 for an aircon system check. Asked for a second opinion and it turn out that the system has no leaks but a faulty compressor valve. Total cost of the repair was 35. They lost me as a client and will definitely not service my new merc with them. Shame on you!
Dear Matt, I was most concerned to learn of the problems you experienced. As the business owner I would like to discuss the details of the problem you experienced. Strange that you said you would never buy from us again, as we don't sell cars???!! Poor grammar by the way. Sorry.

discusting service, guy on the phone was rude, but told me they were an approved mercedes repair center, well it the service i recieved is to mercedes standard, i will never buy from them again, they are over priced, rude and i left feeling like i was being forced into using them, (which i didn't) when i saw in the workshop there was only one mechanic working, the others were nowhere to be seen, AVOID!!!!!!!!!!!
David the owner is an expert lower of Mercedes cars. Kind, smiling, shows the customer schematoc diagrams and explains everything. Excellent his employees car mechanics too. Utterly recommended. Nominal service hour charge considerably lower than of Mercedes but still expensive.
