I took my 9 months old daughter due to high fever to Emergency department at Childrens' hospital in Clayton around 12.30 mid night. Waited for 2 hours but no one even checked her temperature even after telling them few times that she is in a lot of pain and was crying a lot. Asked the head RN to give her some panadol and she told me a staff member will come but no one showed up. We left the hospital around 3am without getting anything and not checked by a doctor, we made up our minds to give her some panadol at home. Please if someone can do something about this...this isn't fair. Because we saw many parents suffering there for hours with sick babies.

Zero star for the lady in reception 10am wed 13 oct 2021, she has no customers service. She doesn't deserve her job. Need people with hight customers service in reception area.

Fantastic staff and care in pediatric emergency. My 9 yo son had fallen and split his chin open, requiring stitches. He received excellent care and treatment. Thank you

Great hospital. I play heaps of sport and came here after suffering a knee injury. The staff were so kind and supportive while finding out what was wrong. They showed heaps of patience and kindness especially when teaching me how to walk on crutches. I highly recommend this place especially for teenagers like myself.

25/10/18 03:45 pm Went to buy medicines and a licences certification as all pharmacies can do that. Was told to wait for certification till they serve the waiting customers then they just refused and said clearly WE DONT HAVE TIME FOR THIS. So called arrogant practitioners then say we love to serve humanity.
