07/12/21 your rep calls me about my account that was started on the 8 of July so had I waited I'd been without power for the 8,9,10,11,12 how is that ok with yall glad I left you guys....................................................Left me without power for 48 hours because 20 reps couldn't sign me in a single day had to stay in a hotel for those 2 day and they never fixed the issues horrible people horrible business

they are scammers, I went from paying 105-110 with TXU energy to paying 285-310 with them based on a lie... there's a reason their reviews reflect that!

Been with Just Energy for over 5 years, they didnt pull any shady stuff during the big storm of 02/21. Ive never had a bad customer service experience with them. Always felt my rates were fair and billing was simple/normal/expected. They used to have an AWESOME rewards system where you could choose gift cards to a number of places but theyve changed that. Still a good energy company.

Im absolutely amazed!!! To find such fantastic customer service in todays world truly a gem!! I want you all to know, Just Energy truly took care of me! A representative named Alex called me back & made everything right! This is my 1st month with this company & I assure you that if they had not stepped up & made things right, I would have bailed! These people are the worst company to deal with their employees are awful they had my name spelled wrong for For at least 6 years and have been hounding me for money for accounts I did not have and were not in my name and the name is even spelled wrong Now they went ahead and folded this bogus account to another collection agency called unifiend account number 676534171 you guys are crazy you guys are crazy
