I am so sorry Leon that we did not respond as quickly as we should have. Small businesses have growing pains sometimes and we work hard to get everything done in a timely manner but we sometimes miss the mark. I wish I wouldve been in the store when you originally stopped in and we couldve taken care of your needs immediately. I am at the store 99% of the time but that day I had to run an errand and I guess the rest is history. I am sorry that our response was not on point. We work hard to provide great customer service.

Stopped in to discuss tee shirts and caps for my business. Staff couldn't do anything without owner who was out. Followed up a couple of weeks later, spoke to owner, explained needs, told to email graphics to her which I did. After a couple of more weeks of silence, I called to confirm they received my email and graphics which they did. Promised a call back and a price quote. It's now been a few more weeks and still no word from these people. I will be taking my business elsewhere .

Luis, our files were the same as we had used in the past. We have changed how the corporate orders are taken to insure the colors are chosen correctly by each of our customers. I am sorry that happened but that has been corrected.

Friendly staff and good customer service. I used their embroidery services and plan on using them on the future. Edit. On my second visit 8 of my shirts were ruined and the quality of the stitching went down.

Love this store! They have a nice variety of gifts and different brands you dont see anywhere else. You can tell that the owner is always on the search for original gifts that are good value and good quality. Beautiful soaps, diffusers, candles and so many other items. Ibet Ink offers amazing customer service and the owner is warm, sweet, and always willing to help. Plan on going back every time I need a gift, invitation or embroidered item!

I ordered 3 luggage tags at the beginning of December for Christmas gifts. I was told they would be ready in a week. I went in every week before Christmas & they were never ready. I finally was able to pick them up the 1st week of January. One was correct, one had the wrong background & one had a name spelled incorrectly. I only asked them to correct the misspelled tag. I was told it would be corrected right away & they would call when it was ready. I never got a call & stopped in today. The tag wasnt done but they quickly did it while I waited. I certainly will not be a repeat customer.
