The LED headlights I purchased a little over a year ago (3 sets total, low, high and fog) have failed so many times. The first one was fairly quick to be replaced. But I had to have them replaced several times after that and it took for ever. Like a month and a half and literally 20 emails to get a replacement bulb evey time after that. I had yet another fog fail 2 weeks ago and another low beam failure tonight. I have not bothered getting replacements on the last 3 I have just replaced them. They are complete JUNK and would recommend you spend your money elsewhere. The worst $200 I have ever wasted. **UPDATE ** Sense I can't reply to your response. Yes I believe I know how to use headlights. I turn them on at night so I can see where I am going. There is not a way to mess that up. SMH. Your product is trash. I will not get involved in another endless email conversation to wait a month + to get a replacement. I know the new ones will fail in the next 6-8 months as every other bulb has so there is no use.
I have a problem with my light bar which I bought a year ago and Im trying to get a replacement lightbar and Ive been speaking with a customer representative and she helped me out nd got a replacement out to me no time. So helpful nd respectful thanks Auxbeam highly recommended
