My husband & I took two personal items to be embroidered, as well as purchasing additional items from their selection to be personalized on a Saturday morning. We were told we would receive an email of proofs within 4 business days. Upon approval, we could have all of our items completed within 10 days to two weeks. We were very excited to hear this as one of the items was a gift and the remaining items were for our business. We paid in full and looked forward to hearing from them in a few days. Two weeks passed & we hadn't received the proofs. I called & spoke to Ryan. I asked about the delay and when we could receive the proofs. Not only was he very rude, but I was told to be patient & he would get to it. Another ten days goes by, we call for another update. We're told that Ryan is busy taking on another co-workers tasks. Not my problem. I was told that I'd receive an email with proofs before close of business that day. No email. That weekend (which is now over 4 weeks later), I received an email with proofs. The quality was that of someone who either rushed the project completely & didn't care about the finished product or someone who shouldn't be in this position at all. We emailed immediately and asked for changes to the proofs. Four days later, no response. Emailed again asking to confirm receipt of changes. No response. We called that Saturday morning and asked about the delay again. Guess what? Ryan hadn't been in all week. Five and a half weeks later, we requested a refund. The staff showed no interest in trying to provide a suitable resolution so that we could receive our products as promised. We know things happen & don't always go as planned. Yet this company refused to contact us or keep us updated on the status of our order. It wouldn't have been an issue if it took nearly six weeks had they provided good customer service & kept us in the loop on things. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone under any circumstances. By the way, don't ask to speak to the owner or a manager because they don't allow that either.
Great service, quick turn around in June but they had an overload during the holidays so it took a bit longer. They were attentive and worked well with us. Appreciate the small minimum and will work with them again in the future. Thanks guys!
Best service on embroidery, stuff very friendly and knowledgeable. Definitely recommend Orders on time Updates 5 stars in my book. Will continue using them.
I placed a simple order 3 weeks ago and was told it would take approximately 2 weeks (or less) for my order to be completed. After 2 weeks, I was told the order shoud be ready in another day or so. One additional week later, my order is still not ready. Very poor customer service! I feel like I'm getting the run-around. Would I recommend this business to friends or family? No.
