If i could give this company a ZERO I would. This is a horrible company. The drivers show up late if at all. They are rude to the customers. They don't show up for return trips for hours if at all. The drivers lie and say they showed up and client was not there. If you can get around not having to use this company do it. THIS IS A HORRIBLE COMPANY!!!

LogistiCare schedules medical transportation rides, they transport people with medical needs to their doctor and hospital appointments, that is what they are paid for by the government to do. Problem is, the transport vendors they use do not show up to pick up the patients, patients miss their medical appointments. When this issue is brought to their attention, they say they will resolve the issue and make sure this does not happen again. Then another appointment is scheduled, no one shows up! People with serious medical problems should not have to endure the stress of not being able to get to their Doctor or have to reschedule appointments that they have waited for months. Reconsider using LogistiCare because you may not get to your lifesaving Doctor or Hospital care because LogistiCare is not responsible enough to get you there, even though they are paid to do so. **Update again Logisticare failed to show up in time to get me to my appointment. Why this company is still contracted by Blue Cross of Michigan is beyond me. Filed a complaint with Blue Cross their result was to blame me!! Looking into suing Both companies for violations, of the American with Disability's Act, it won't get the attention of Logisticare, but maybe Blue Cross, then again they still keep this company contracted even after all the complaints. Blue Cross could care less.
