As this is the first time and place we are hearing about the problem, we would like to resolve and apologize-we do need to get additional information about the order. When we take an order, we write down the date and day- just to make sure they match. We create the arrangement according to the day and then we we wrap the flowers, we again check the day and date before they are given to the driver. I am interested in seeing where in this process the date was incorrect. Please feel free to contact us at the shop so we can get some additional information. My daughter ordered flowers for me for Mothers Day. She specified several times that they had to be delivered on Sunday, day of Mothers day. They were delivered on Saturday... The day before... Surprise ruined. I am still waiting for an apology from the owner

Wonderful experience, amazing customer service, beautiful arrangement, bilingual staff. I decided to support a local business for a birthday flower arrangement I wanted delivered to my sister since I live out of state. The staff was incredibly helpful and they were responsive to all my emails, calls, and texts. They even sent me a picture of the arrangement before it was delivered since I wouldn't be able to see it in person. I will definitely be buying from them again in the near future!

Got an email order confirmation the week before for Valentines day delivery, did not get flowers delivered for Valentine's day. If the order couldn't be fulfilled, it would have been nice to be notified so I could have looked elsewhere. Update: Thank you Louis for reaching out and making this right. They are beautiful flowers.
