On May 30th, around 2 pm, I walked into the Piccadilly Hard Rock cafe, being the first time there I walked around, the hostess was helping someone so I stepped to a rail to see what the cafe looked like, A bouncer threatened me and pointed his fist at me. Not knowing what was going on, I stepped back. The hostess asked if she could assist me, I asked to see a menu. While I reached for the menu, the bouncer moved at me as he moved at me with an aggressive manner in which he planned to force me to move again. All during this time I said nothing and continued hold my hands behind my back. I kept asking the hostess where should I stand? She said nothing. He entered my personnel space, and I told the hostess that I was planning to eat lunch, but because of the bouncers action turned away. I said nothing nor did anything to appear uncivil. I spoke in a low calm voice. As I write this, I still dont know what I did to provoke such hostility. The hostess continue to try to seat me, but this employee was determined to show hatred. If anyone asks me about the London Hard Rock, I will tell then not to go, it is unsafe. Hate at the Hard Rock Cafe - London, unbelievable!
