Today I was told that my kids are NOT ALLOWED to touch the toys in this store if we haven't decided what we want to purchase! We all shocked and disappointed as I was a regular customer even though most of the toys in this store are overpriced compared to other toy shops. My previous shopping experience in Toy Tale was quite good as the staffs there were nice and friendly. however, today the guy from Toy Tale proved what a " bad customer service" is! we didn't walk away immediately after he made that statement to us because we don't want to disappointed to our kids and we end up bought something from there. but this is definitely our final visit to Toy Tale! The guy who service us today, if you are the shop owner, you probably need to learn from your other staffs about what is a customer service is!

They have a good range in colours with jellycats bunnies. Staff is always friendly too.

Crowded with poorly designed thorough fares through the store. Okay selection of toys but missing the more popular items around Christmas time. Unhelp customer service - particularly when it comes to returns. They dont refund so make sure of your purchase. Worst of all, theyre overpriced. Expect to pay 30% premium on most items, even on those that can be found elsewhere.
