I've been on ASCTrac since 2008 and it's terrific. Support is great, and they're always improving the platform and coming out with new features. ASCTrac is linked to our Big Commerce site offering real-time inventory and a seamless integration of accurate information. Our success is directly related to the competencies of ASCTrac.

ASC Trac has been a valued WMS provider since our purchase in 2004. I was the project manager in the implementation. Having worked with other ERP suppliers on various other projects, the support team at ASC Trac software has been stellar in my experience. After dealing with other providers who look for opportunities to upsell or continue to bill for services, ASC Trac has integrity and shown flexibility in their support. They are quick to respond when I have an emergency support call/ticket. They have gone above and beyond to offer solutions and make a point to understand our business to construct acceptable solutions. Over the past fifteen years, the software has continued to improve and offer a competitive value. ASC Trac has invested in our Company and we have collaborated to find viable solutions for any issues that may have arisen. If these solutions required programming, ASC Trac worked to add this as part of the base program so there were not additional upgrading costs to the package due to the modifications. Consequently, this is a huge value added component as we were able to pay for the enhancement one time and stay on schedule with upgrades. If we encounter an issue with the software, ASC helps us identify if it is a programming bug or user issue. Overall, the Company has benefited from its relationship with ASC Trac. They are customer driven and provide solutions. The WMS is robust and provides us with the necessary tools to manage inventory and productivity in a high volume productions and distribution environment.

When ASC says they connect the dots in your distribution and manufacturing operation, they arent kidding! I have been working with ASC for about a year now, and they are nothing but professional and really understand warehouse management with their warehouse manufacturing system software. Their WMS software is easy to implement and they really come up with innovative solutions. The customer service team is quick to respond. As a 3PL, we found the ASC 3PL module to be flexible and exceeded our expectations.
