I will NEVER use this place again. Staff was extremely rude to me via telephone. I believe the last person I talked to was Linsey. I am not sure how to spell it. I sent an email requesting a quote then immediately called the location just to verify they received it. I only did this because the last time I worked with them I had to email multiple times and call in order to get a response back.. that is another story.. I was told I would have a proof sent to me the next day and was given a quote for my order. I then asked if my order would be ready by a certain day and I was told yes. The next day came and went and I still had not received my proof. I then called the location back requesting my proof just to be told there is no way I was given a completion date. I told them that creates an issue bc I have already told my client they will be ready to be picked up by a certain day and the event is next weekend. The lady I spoke with on the phone was very rude to me. She told me that since Ive had a bad experience last time I should go elsewhere I tried to explain the last issue I had in more detail and she cut me off by saying she was going to make the decision for me and basically not go forward with the order. I asked her why she was being rude and once again she cut me off and said she will email me back the proof and the quote but its not going to be done by the date I wanted but since I am having a bad experience I should go elsewhere. There is much more to this conversation but they were trying to tell me I was not told my order would be done by a certain day and I didnt talk to the sales person on the day that I said- but I know for a FACT I spoke to the gentleman on Tuesday (have the phone record) and I asked about the completion dates and was told I would receive a proof on Wednesday( I never received) .. long story short if you want your order to be forgotten about, have to call and email multiple times to get a response, and THEN be disrespected via phone after they have made a mistake this is the place to go. If you want to be treated with respect then go elsewhere. They made ZERO effort to try to fix the issue. They could have said we wont be able to order those shirts but this is what we can do for you but they just chose to be rude and disrespectful about THEIR mistake. Absolutely HORRIBLE experience. I wish they gave a Zero star option.
