This was the rudest experience I've ever come across. Emailed about embroidering a shirt, she said she could do it in time she would just have to have the shirt/design that day. I told her I could drop it off that day. I drove to the location to drop it off. Really rude lady. Called up with a simple monogram on a shirt pocket, telling me it was impossible to do... I have had over 60 shirts monogrammed on the pocket.. it is possible.. told me to take it back where I did it before. Wish they were there - beats working with rude people... Sad thing is I do over $5,000 of monogram services a year... she lost a lot of business... and the solution is simple.. taking the pocket off the shirt, having it monogrammed and put back on. Money obviously isn't the issue with what I wanted done...

I went in to get a sample made. I had emailed back and forth with them, and was told that it would cost me $15 to get a sample made. That seems like a fair price, i thought to myself. I drop off my hoodie to get embroidered and then come to pick it up the next day. They ring me up, and while im getting ready to pay, they tell me the price is actually $25 plus tax because there were more stitches than anticipated I will not be returning here and I advise you to find a different place to get your embroidery done.

Our company has been using Imagination Embroidery for 15 years! Noi and her staff are knowledgeable and friendly. She embroiders our company baseball style caps and shirts. We reorder logo shirts once per year and Noi always has some suggestions and recommendations to keep our employee shirts fun and functional. Everything turns out crisp and clear. Turn around time is usually a few days to a week. They always call if there is a question, issue with the order and when it is ready for pickup.I would definitely recommend Imagination Embroidery.

Awful experience! We were quoted a certain amount by an employee, then when we picked up the item the "owner" said the price was double the amount we were quoted. When we addressed the issue, the "owner" spoke to the employee who VALIDATED the amount we were quoted.... However, the "owner" then laughed it off and STILL charged us double the quote. We will not be using them again and highly suggest others to do the same.
