Worst apartment i have ever lived in. Pro's 1- Nice looking community 2- Sweet talking leasing office staff. Cons 1- Dog poop every where, which you feel green garden you may walk 2- People bang you door in the night and leasing staff can't stop them 3- If you have toddler, this place is not for you. 4- People keep smoking everywhere but can't bear the children. :) which is very funny. 5- Can't live with kid in this complex. My experience. I never recommend this place to anyone, especially if you don't look as local. May be you will be pick similar to me and family, i think because your skin color don't match with your neighbors. :( sorry to say that but i faced this first time in the great america. my neighbor pick me and start banging my door in the night and start complaining about my kid, even started giving scary looks to my family. to safety of my family i need to leave the apartment, as usual apartment staff always talk sweet but didnt do anything and always give us courtesy call to inform that someone complain about noise. ( if you want to trust me, i stopped meeting my friends or anyone at my home because of the reason it may cause disturbance to downstairs). Now, i moved out of apartment with the cleaning done by professional do have picture and video too. Leasing office put charges of around 750 for cleaning and carpet replacement -- Careful don't trust them. I have asked the leasing office share the proof of dirty apartment or carpet damage. Still waiting on same, because i know it's bluff and moreover i do the pictures as well. Moreover, everyone know all the apartment take advance rent and i hand over the apartment key 3-4 days earlier. On top that leasing office charge me extra rent that you have given keys 3-4 days early... I am laughing on this weird reason. No intention to harm anyone business, but this is my honest feedback. At last it's individual choice. - All the best. To me it was the worst experience ever. I lived in constant fear for more than 6 months, in fact i sent my family away because management didn't act properly on my complaint as well. paid 1 week extra rent at new place to complete the move paid movers and so much hassle and mental harassment.
Moved here during the pandemic! Leasing staff at the time was very helpful but has since left. In addition to add to the other negative complaints mentioned parking is horrible, no one keeps up the property except near front office. Its filthy! Some tenants dont pick up after their dogs and its nasty! Trees are overgrown, gates are broken, trespassing occurs, in addition there are people subletting a sublet which by the way is not legal without background checks and without management approval! Therefore you have no idea what sort of characters are living nearby. And to add these folks make noise all hours of the day and night as if they have no regard for their neighbors! This place used to be nice and has dramatically gone downhill while the prices have escalated out of control. There is no security and no surveillance and increased theft and crime. Where is the customer service because its not here!
This is by far the best place I have ever lived. I have rented around the valley for several years and can speak with some authority on this. The office staff is always polite and helpful. Maintenance is fast and very responsive. The grounds are kept immaculately. The only thing thats hit or miss is the parking situation. All of the parking is assigned and if you have guests they need to park on 73rd street. The valet trash pickup is very nice and its cheaper than other apartments I have lived in. These are luxury apartments with high end appliances. As of this writing most of the amenities are closed due to COVID but they all appear to be well maintained and high quality. There are Amazon parcel lockers available as well at no extra charge. I highly recommend this property to anyone who wants luxury living.
MY LAST REVIEW DIDN'T PUBLISH. GOOGLE'S FAULT, NOT 1 N. MANAGEMENT. NEW CREW ARE FABULOUS. THEY'RE CONCERNED, DEDICATED, AND HELPFUL, AND ARE ADDRESSING TENANTS CONCERNS IMMEDIATELY.
The worst decision I have ever made was to live a Jefferson One. I agree with all the bad reviews. The entire team management teams is rude, unethical and have no clue to what customer service is ,I do not know how they can look at themselves in mirror truly a lack of integrity. The property is overpriced, and requires constant repairs. All my family and friends are from Scottsdale and are disgusted by my experience with this place. The Hallways are always dirty and smelly, the front gate does not work, lights not working, horrible parking, the noise from traffic and other residents. Unethical pricing, one bedroom after trash, water, over $1500.00 I could rent a nice home for that price. I was completely lied to and told that granite and different floor levels cost more. When you need a repair you have to call at least 6 times before maintenance will come. The power breakers shut off at any time, and when I called 3 times I was told that it was my coffee pot that caused the problem. Really When the maintenance does come by they are really nice if they get the work order from the office. I was looking to stay in one place for at least a couple of years and now I cannot wait till my lease it up. I just want to say to the person here that was ignored with rudeness, you are better off, because you did not make the mistake that some of us have made by choosing Jefferson One. Do not move to Jefferson One you will regret it and life is too short for regrets.
