They are the worst...they make you stand outside forever while they sit there doin nothing and they lie about you not having mail when you really do they're just to lazy to look...everytime I get my mail its dated days, weeks, or months before when I've been going there almost everyday looking for mail. And when I call customer relations they ask me why haven't I responded to my letters I say because I never received them. They make you lose your benefits because they're not doing there job. Everyone I kno including me have to go somewhere else to get things done because they not gone do it....I know alot of people who reported them...n I stopped my mail from going there so I don't have to go there anymore.
Every State service center has a long wait time but the only problem here is not that. Everyone in the main office / front desk is rude . whether you're calling over the phone or standing face to face . I tried explain what I need help with and was cut off and transfered without being told. I will be visiting the office today to see how it places out in person. And will update this review.
