I scheduled an appointment today at 7:15 a.m. Showed up to discover that they're closes. I don't understand why they would allow me to schedule an appointment on a day that they are closed but i just drove all the way here for nothing.

The fingerprinting department has unrealistic hours for teachers who work Mon-Fri. I showed up to get fingerprints at 3:21 and they turned me away when the office doesnt close until 3:30. The front desk lady was extremely rude and unprofessional for a service that takes less than 5 minutes to accomplish. Extend the hours and fire the rude employee!
