they have the worst LED sign editing software I have ever seen. I did not think they could have made it harder to use but then they 'upgraded' it and yeah, it's worse. I am frustrated just thinking about having to use their software.

I Had 3' x 7' Cirrus Led sign installed at my business in the fall of 2017. Was very Happy with it. Great set up and training. Change the message from home or work. Had a panel go out and they quickly replaced it free under their 5 year warranty. But in January of 2019 my sign message started freezing. Happened on scrolling text or moving graphics. Was told that it was a software problem they were working on an update. I have been told the same thing 7/19 and 11/19 and 6/20. Over a year and a half and I still can not use the sign features i expected.
