I have been trying to get hold of the coach for 2 weeks or just have someone answer the phone terrible customer Service. So I decided that Id go to the gym myself and get more information and I didnt realize that there is 2 different websites both different location only one of them being the actual gym in salmon creek I went there at 2:30 pm gym and it was closed but on the website it says they open at 5 Am so I called them more finally got a hold of them and there information is completely wrong to what the website had said waste of time completely unprofessional / Man at this point I feel like I'm wasting my time I did have the office people help me out and book my classes but you didn't even show up to your classes this is on your part you needa fix your schedule fix your website I'm having way to much trouble tryna start my martial arts I'm doing everything I can this is way to much trouble to go out of my way and my parents to extremely frustrating

Kandice we understand your frustration, and we too are frustrated. Covid-19 has made staffing amongst many other things very difficult. Health and safety of our coaches, members, and community will always come first; as inconvenient as that may be at times with schedule changes. We will continue to strive to do our best and provide the quality service our members deserve!

We have attended classes here for 4 months and they have consistently been unreliable. The schedule is never correct, the coaches show up when they want, there is a huge lack of communication between the owner his coaches and the clients. There is absolutely zero accountability, structure, or discipline. The customer service is the worst Ive ever experienced with any gym.

Amazing coaching, work outs and results! So many different classes/levels to begin with! I especially love the kids class program the coaches are so attentive and it's affordable!
