Only make appointment if you have hours to spare on the day - waited in a packed waiting room along with others for hours before seen. I waited 2 1/2 hours while hearing several others complaining about waiting much longer. The doctors and staff were very nice and knowledgeable, however unfortunately long waiting experience superseded that.

I showed up for my scheduled appointment and waited to be called to pay my copay, the usual but Im called 20 mins later to inform me the doctor was not coming in if I can show up the following day. What kind of office do not notify their patients to reschedule prior to their appointment date and still charge my credit card? I do not live near therefore not only did I lose half a day worth of work but I also paid commuting cost close to $50 as I do not live around the corner. Quite frustrating to say the least. I did get co pay refund but now Im looking for another medical office.

This isnt my first time coming here . Its like my third time visiting this location . the experience wasnt bad its very clean in there . The day I went it was very crowded I wasnt pleased with that . The customer service was fine. the service was not as fast as the first time I came here since it was crowded. They were patient and gentle with checking my eyes the assistant and eye doctor was patient with me..everything was high tech the eye doctor Neil . He was great and very nice

The service is fast, accurate. The staff members are friendly and courteous. The doctor was very gentle and efficient in her craft. My eyes feel a lot better after using the prescribed drops. I am very happy.

They pack the waiting room past capacity. Depending on the need they see others before you, which makes wait times too long. However the care from the doctors make everything worthwhile.
