Sir we explained to you 10 times over again that we do not do installation. You asked what we thought it would cost we gave you an estimate. We can not force other small businesses to change their price to accommodate you. No where on your receipt or on the phone did we tell you we were doing or charging you for installation. So please if your going to write a review be truthful. As far as delivery time you got a brand new glass from the manufacturer while you waited. Did it ever occur to you that small businesses are short handed due to covid?

Very upset when there to buy the window glass and get it install and waiting more than one hour to tell me that I have to go to the other place to get installed for 40 bucks and when there and they charge 60 not the 40 bucks that the guy told me not serious seller very bad if I can put 0 Start I will but not exist so don't buy the glass there if u want to b e install there that business not serious don't go there go somewhere else not recommended

If your going to write a review please be honest. You have a touring elite mirror. That mirror is only available capa certified. Our cost is $252. We are in business to make a profit. This is a brick and mortar store with over head. You want to take our merchandise home and then have one of your friends tell you to go on amazon and find an aftermarket mirror from China that will fit. We only sell certified parts and will only give you what exactly matches your car. So think that through before you attack our livelihood.

Customer service is ok but what got me is the price for my side mirror. It cost $165 they charged $300 never coming here again. I tried returning the part without opening it 30 minutes later and they said they can't do anything about it. They just lost a Customer. Not recommended!!
