I would give zero stars if that was an option. The absolute, worst service I have received from any service center! I took my car to be looked at for a recall in April. I received zero communication from the service department and wouldnt have known I could pick my car up (unfixed) had I not called. When I spoke to someone, he had no idea what was going on with my vehicle. Once I finally spoke to someone else, he informed me they didnt have the part and had to order it and they would let me know when it was in. Without me being adamant about calling, my car would have sat there for days. Over a month passed and I hadnt heard anything about the part, so I called and the response was Oh yea, weve had that in for a little while now. When I asked why I wasnt notified, Jeremy (the service manager) placed the blame on the computer system. Fast forward to today, I dropped my car off for this same recall to be fixed. Jeremy told me I would be notified when it was finished. Keep in mind, when I scheduled the appt he said it would only be a few hours. I dropped it off at 10am. Never heard a single thing from the service department except for a text message wanting me to allow them to work on other items on the car. I declined, and never heard anything back. At 4pm I called and received the message center because service didnt answer. She took a message and said she would have them call me. No call. At 7pm, I call and receive the message center again due to the service department being closed. Now I dont have my car for the evening and have no clue when Ill get it back. If it werent for needing to be fixed at a dealership for the recall, I would never have used them and will never use them again in the future. Ill drive out of my way to avoid the horrible service received here.

Took my jeep for an oil change there, the check engine light was on after, not even a week later. Oil leaking everywhere. I called andet them know, the woman i spoke with said "they might have not put the oil filter back on correctly", and that they would "help with the cost". I then had it towed to a jeep dealership in Dickinson, paid $954.00 for an oil coolant casing. Check engine light was still on. Now I am at third shop, and they are saying I need a new engine. Going to a dealership, one would think you are being taken care of. Should be zero stars.
