Edit: it has been almost 2 months since my review and although Perillo commented stating someone would reach out about this directly, no one has. So I have changed my review from 2 stars to 1 star. It makes me feel that the comment is for show and there is no desire on their end to correct this. I really liked my sales person, as a person. VERY nice man, I don't want to say his name to get him in trouble. BUT, I have to say, I was disappointed in the lack of knowledge people WORKING here seem to have regarding the cars themselves. I specifically stated when purchasing my 2022 X1 that LED headlights were important to me, and not just the DTR lights. I was told the exact vehicle I looked at and was about to sign for did indeed have LED headlights both for DTR and regular headlights. Well... they do not. The headlights are YELLOW bulb, although the DTR lights are LED. I texted my sales rep when I got home stating he was incorrect and although he was sorry I asked if LED lights could be put in and he basically said no. So that's great, I was incorrectly given information on a big purchase. NOT OKAY. It 100% would have impacted my purchase/vehicle choice had I been given the correct answer. Know your cars. And don't reassure me the vehicle has something when it does not. Further, I had a VERY quick run-through of the vehicle with one of the tech guys before I drove it off the lot and he was incorrect about a lot of the info I was given and left out major things that I later found on my own or online. Unless Perillo installs LED headlights on my 2022 X1, I won't be back to purchase a car and I'll be sure to have my family and friends steer clear as well.
Service here is awful. I have brought my car in since August and the dealership keeps making repairs, but the problem is not solved. Terrible commination from Alvin and Israel (service manager). Parts now have supposedly been ordered for 1 month. Highly recommend purchasing and servicing your car elsewhere.

Bought a used car online, flew into Chicago and picked it up. Easy transaction, nice car (Acura), a little dinged up but the price was right. Peter Mers was helpful in getting the deal done. Also, it is good to deal with a reputable dealer while buying online. The car was also very nicely detailed.

I purchased an X5 online. Sales team was great but they really fumbled the ball on delivery. I opted to fly in vs having car shipped as I wanted a product specialist (their term not mine) to go over the options on the car. It took 10 min for him to show me everything he knew about the car. Where the wipers are turn signals lol. He didn't know what laser headlights were. He didn't know what the M package added to the car. Didn't know about the m adaptive suspension. Didn't know what options my car had. Complete waste of time. I went back into the dealership to ask if anyone there knew about the cars they were selling. Salesman was busy and gm was too. I waited for a while and then decided to get on the road utube it later. Very disappointing experience. I wouldn't have even left this review but they sent me 2 requests for a review...
