Justin L. - I first want to address that ALL of our customers are a priority and regardless of if a customer has 12 shirts or 2500 shirts, they are just as important to us as the next. There is alot of behind the scenes that you and other employees of your company are unaware of regarding these shirt orders. We process these orders when we have been approved to do so by your company. We have waited up to 3 months for that approval recently. Also each order is personalized for each employee and that takes time. Sometimes other orders have to be put on hold to complete New hire orders, that directive comes from your company. So before you go beating up on someone, you may want to get all the facts. BTW...I have no orders for a Justin L. It would be great if it didn't take 2+ months to get my work shirts that I PAID FOR and NEED. My job has a deal set up with flint city t shirts and we have to order our work shirts through them. We get sweaty at work and having a clean shirt each day is vital. I know many of my coworkers are also unhappy about how long it takes, especially since the website we use says we will receive our order in just a couple weeks. It feels like we are not a priority to flint city t shirts. But isn't guaranteed business the most valuable business? Some of my coworkers say they never receive their orders and some have had unfriendly experiences with the owner when they have stopped in, called or emailed about their orders. And some of these interactions were before the hectic Covid situation. If flint city t shirts can't handle a large amount of orders, then they need to admit this to their customers, so they can find a more reliable source. Hopefully one day we can convince our company to get a new t shirt company, we are trying!
