This is an updated reply to whomever responded to my previous review when I said it would be nice to have an email system in place for patients to communicate w/ their doctor. The reply 4 MONTHS ago said there is a portal in place and to sign up or call the staff. The portal is still not operational, and no one on the staff either knows anything about it or who to call. Therefore my only option is leaving messages w/ the call center, and hoping Im available when my Dr returns the call. This system is antiquated at best. Therefore, my rating is a zero for IT / patient communication & 5 for medical staff. Original Review: I followed Dr Corey Westerfeld from his previous office in Concord MA because he is an A+ Opthamologist. He has been treating my AMD & at this time it is cleared. The vision I had lost has been restored. Dr Westerfeld is brilliant, kind & patient. This office is run well: the women on the phones are lovely & helpful, the front desk is friendly & efficient, and the techs are all great. Thrilled with their diagnostic scanning equipment. It would be very helpful if this practice could set up an email system for patients to communicate with their doctors.

Rude receptionists. They now longer bill co-pays for exam visits, So don't go if you don't have the $$ you will be turned away. Could believe that they are trying to charge me a missed appointment fee, when they turned me away for not having a co-pay? Well, believe it.
