I spoke and worked with George from M&B Graphics. Price was high compared to other companies but figured I would get what I pay for... I was wrong. I needed this job finished within 4 days so they charged me extra to do so. Rush order print job took over a week when they advertised 2 business days. When it was finally done, the business cards were damaged and low quality with tattered edges. I was embarrassed to hand them over to my client who hired me to design the cards and find a print company. Reprint was offered which also came back with damaged/tattered edges and also took over a week once again. At this point I requested a refund, if not for the cards at least for the rush delivery. No refund or compensation offered when requested. M&B Graphics failed at every avenue of this project and never took accountability. This is why I am writing my first 1 star review... They did not care. Overpriced, poor quality, late delivery, no refunds.

We are so sorry again you are not happy with your order. You had no logo so we had to recreate your artwork from scratch and create a vector format to be able to print on T-shirts and stickers. I even gave you more stickers than on your invoice. I have numerous texts and messages to you apologizing for the delays and giving you an update. As for price, considering you required original designs and ordered only two shirts and a sticker, you received quite a fair deal -- $31/ea for a quantity of two shirts, $10 for a one-off sticker and $20 for design. I'm certain you'll be challenged to find a better price. Again we are sorry a number of unfortunate events occurred during production of your job -- an employee was out due to a death in his immediate family, our print/cut machine being down and service delayed due to the holidays. This was one of a few projects that were delayed longer than we had hoped. Merry Christmas and we all wish you a happy new year!

Very disappointed in the service and price. My order of 2 shirts and 2 stickers, took over a month to complete . No apology from them . I won’t be back.
