We make sure to package our items very well and to sell a Good Product. We only provide a 30 Day Warranty because these are Used consoles, Not New. Gave one star review for multiple reason, one being his consoles are not reliable and they break within a month. If the break before your 1 month warranty which should be a longer warranty btw, and you try to contact him before it expires, he will wait a couple days after your 1 month warranty to respond, so not reliable consoles and support sucks. I was never refunded or never got my console fixed, sent him a message read it never responded. Not impressed.
