Not happy with the serviceI gave my car for wheel balance and they notified me that there is no issue. I do not understand what test they did I can still feel the wheel balance issue when I hit 70 mph the car steering shakes and I can feel the vibration from my legs to the hand

Average dealership You would think by now things could be very expedited but its the same thing you sit and wait salesman goes in office and salesman comes back its very annoying and this place made it even more painful. First time ever my credit was denied I have an 839 credit score they made some type of error saying I had an extra car on my credit report which was not there went somewhere else and immediately got the BMW we wanted their loss! I would never recommend this place!! What a waste of time

Dealership advertised a car online. I made an appointment with the internet sales manager. I show up and nobody knows anything about the car or the appointment. I should have known better than looking at a used Toyota at a BMW dealer They did not even bother cleaning the car. My wife drive 2 hours to pick me up from the rehab facility and I am in a wheelchair trying to buy my son a car to get to college and the dealership treats us like that. Maybe I should have left the wheelchair home and rolled in on a safe stuffed with $100 bills Have fun selling your cars with all your faux 5 star reviews. Very transparent
