We purchased a used Mini from the dealership last February. Be vary wary about purchasing any used vehicle from this dealership. Improper repairs were done to the vehicle and it was purchase with fatal engine flaws that ended up costing more than the vehicle. Dreyer and & Reinbold worked harder at selling us insurance than than they did a quality vehicle. While, we hold some responsibility as a buyer, it doesn't solely rest there. The only reason they get one star is because I had to give them something to register the review.
Sales team very helpful. Service team is polite and means well. However service is extremely slow and uncertain. Disappointing. I thought Porsche and Audi had deteriorated in the quality of service and made the switch to BMW. Disappointed. If you sell luxury products you should be prepared to provide luxury service.
Thank you to the awesome service department at BMW on the Southside for their help sourcing the noise I heard coming from my X6 and fixing it. From the first hello at the door to the last thank you, I appreciate your efforts and time working with me to rectify the issue. Jeremy, Joey, Landon & Jill are standouts in my experience today, and I commend Joe Petolino for running a great department.
