Worst customer service experience. Salesman told me I had one free move with my contract. When it came time to utilize this I found out this was not the case- and Safe Haven told me they could not care less about standing behind their product, or that I actually DID want to take security system with me when I moved. They threw a "clause" at me that they are not responsible for what their dealers say during the selling process, so I am out of luck. Essentially, they will do whatever they need to in order to make the sale, and then you are left on your own. DO NOT BUY.
I have paid my bill in full and need tech support and have gotten nothing but a runaround from ADT (parent company) and Safe Haven (authorized dealer). Fairly sure theres some suspicious activities on my home pad (maybe hacked) and theyre waiting to help me until my bill (which is paid in full) is updated in their system. To be clear, Im paying security for something that probably isnt securing anything (bc Ive been hacked). DO NOT USE ADT OR THIS AUTHORIZED DEALER.
