Honestly, wish I could give them zero stars. I don't know anything about design or printing, so I was emailing with one of the representatives, who assured me she could get everything taken care of. After lots of questions back and forth, I finally submitted my final order to them, with clear instructions. We had even discussed it several times, and she never indicated she was confused about anything information or requests that I made. When I went to pick up the shirts, they were wrong. They were not like the image that I submitted at all. I submitted an image that had letters with color around it so the letters would pop, and and tshirt I received was just a black t-shirt with yellow writing. It was not what we had discussed at all. And when I picked them up and told her they were wrong, she was immediately defensive, said there were "too many emails" to sort through, and said that my request was confusing. When I asked her why she didn't try to clarify if she was confused by my request, she didn't have an answer. I was visibly frustrated, and she started getting even more rude and condescending, telling me that it wasn't her fault, that they wouldn't accept the blame for it, and that I still had to pay for them. Now I have t-shirts that are not like the ones I ordered, and I'm out 450 buck. So. Not worth it really. Wish I'd just gone somewhere a little more expensive that would've taken the time to actually understand what I needed, and ask questions if they were really confused.

If you need your shirts on time and done properly the first time I would go somewhere else. I ordered shirts from them for months and business was good until they started experiencing high volume. It seemed when their volume increased many obvious errors started occurring like shirts being printed in wrong colors, shirts not being printed at all or delayed, and designs being warped. Unfortunately, when these errors happened they were never corrected hastily, we have had to wait for 12 days for their errors to be corrected and they still weren't .When we came to get our refund they told us that the warping was acceptable despite the fact that screen didnt match the print. In fact we were told by the owner that they return customers money based off her discretion and not based off the quality of the work done.
