Poor front office staff communication. My contact prescriptions were messed up. It seems they push the trial contacts instead of updating the prescription on previous contacts. The two Hispanic receptionists were very rude in person and over the phone. Chelsea is the only helpful front end Secretary. I love Dr. Chasm, but its unfortunate that he is loosing a patient due to those two Secretaries.

I have had so many problems with the assisting staff that I will not be returning to this office. I ordered a year supply of contact lenses and had to wait 4 weeks to receive them due to an address entry error. Then, after wearing my contacts for a week I realized it was the wrong prescription due to another data entry error with the order. Not only have I had these issues but the office forgot to make a copy of my insurance cards so they continue to ask me every month for a copy even though I have texted a picture of my insurance card to them already, twice.
Such a great team they have here. Everyone so kind, friendly, caring & very professional as well. I'd highly recommend Progressive Eye Care. They took good care of me especially my eye Dr he had me in and out & I'm very satisfied!!
