I was hoping you would have withdrawn this completely unjustified criticism of the service received from our company after receiving your email shortly afterwards, complimenting us on our great product and great team! At an extremely busy time we turned around top quality plan and visual, both prepared with care and in great detail, taking longer than usual due to the software problem that was very slow to be solved. You were kept updated all along and the quote followed in the early hours of your deadline day. Our bespoke furniture is not conducive to standard drawing packages that can produce plans and visuals for standard furniture items at the touch of a button. We have to practically build the units to convert to visuals, so it's a very time-consuming exercise. Turning around a quote in just a couple of days would seem to indicate the company producing it is not overly busy, which thankfully is not the case for us. We provide a very personal service to our clients, who would normally not want us to rush the job. They are fitting out the most important room in the house, often spending large amounts of money in the process, so the attention to detail that goes into our work is usually appreciated, even if it does take a little longer than our competitors. Thank you for the opportunity of quoting for your project and I hope that on reflection you will agree your review, posted just a few hours before you received the quote, was a little harsh and that you will withdraw or amend it.

Shockingly poor level of customer service. Blatantly lied or gave false promises to me several times over the phone and the quality of the visuals was worse that a B&Q design. I cannot comment on the value because after 2 weeks they still haven't come back with a quote for a very simple kitchen design. 3 other companies came back in 3 days or less. I tried to give these guys every opportunity to provide plans, visuals and costings for a kitchen, because the reviews of the Rotpunkt kitchen were better than the other German kitchens we had looked at and been quoted on. But after a a week of waiting and then a week of chasing them daily and being told "we will get them to you by lunchtime" or "give me a few hours" or "my software isn't working" "I've lost your email address" "I promise to get them to you this evening"..... It's now Friday and we still have no costings. I've worked with tens of different suppliers, and fitted various different types of kitchens but I've never ever come across such a poorly run business like this. I can accept software issues or technical issues, but don't lie or promise things that you know won't be delivered. Don't make customers feel that you think exhibitions are more important than their kitchen order, or tell them that "another customer is in a more advanced stage than you so you will have to wait" When potentially spending 10's of thousands on a kitchen, each customer needs to feel like they are the only person you are dealing with and that's what makes other suppliers from stand out from these guys. I had high hopes with this one but it really is lipstick on a pig.

very bad customer service, the "designers" and show room managers give false promises, they say they come back to you and reply, they never do, they quote you and then when you want to order, the price almost triples, apparently some factory refit meaning that they weren't taking any orders "this side of 2022", someone else here had mentioned B&Q, if you are after service, quality of these guys MIGHT be better, but then again IF you cant have a pleasant service and experience, you might as well go to Howdens or even another overpriced kitchen company but not these guys

We did a major extension and were advised to talk to Wooden Heart. We had a fantastic experience with them - NOTHING and I mean NOTHING was too much problem. Great creative design - we had a few odd corners and choice upon choice of colours cupboards etc etc . Price was a factor but again they guided us through it. I would have no hesitation in recommending them and the staff to anyone. Thanks again guys

I would not touch them ever again and I urge no one else to, over priced, late delivery, broken promises and unfinished work. Unresponsive/evasive Directors that leave it to their front line team to deal with the mess. The cherry on the cake was the sink falling through into the cupboard because they fitted it with silicon rather than an adhesive.
