Went to the store for a starter kit. I'm not sure if the woman was a volunteer or employee? Poor customer service. She rolled her eyes when I asked for assistance. She was rude and seemed bothered that we were there. Very upsetting! I wanted my daughter to enjoy her experience. However, it awful.
