Matt, we apologize for the confusion and that you felt we had no interest in your project. Your point of contact was out of town for a few weeks, not ignoring you. Regardless of whether or not we feel a project is a good fit for our agency, we are a widely communicative agency. Had a project meeting, and NEVER heard from them again. Despite many reaches from me and my staff via email and phone, we were utterly ignored. Apparently they don't have the bandwidth or interest in my project. That's okay, but they wasted 2 precious weeks NOT telling me that. Don't want my business? Then why keep me in the dark? Bad.
